Despite the challenges brought about by COVID-19, LBCRS has once again shown its incredible resiliency. No matter the obstacles, we have been able to provide a top notch education for our students, with the warmth and compassion embedded in our Catholic identity. We have not just met the guidelines put in place by the powers that be, we have exceeded them.
With the assistance of the Perrotta Consulting, LLC (founded by Nick Perrotta Class of 2011), we have made exemplary use of our space and have purchased all that is needed to re-open safely. We have welcomed our students back to a safe environment and are helping them return to a sense of normalcy during a difficult time.
Temperature checks are done daily; every desk has a polycarbonate partition and every child is provided a mask. New air filters have been installed, and window fans have been purchased. Hand sanitizer stations have been installed throughout the building and ample signage has been posted. Tripods, ipads and microphones have also been purchased to assist with remote learning when needed.
Of course, these actions have had a significant financial impact...one which we embraced knowingly and freely. We were willing to do everything in our power to be certain that our beloved school would thrive through this pandemic.
However, since our fundraising will be limited by the virus this year, we are asking for your support. Please consider assisting us through this demanding time. Your contribution to our school will be a sign of your continued support and a blessing to our present budget! We thank you, in advance, for your generosity and ask that you keep us in your prayers. God bless.
Please donate to help make a difference for our community of dedicated teachers and awesome students!
